Tim Walz is no saint, but I do not think he can blamed for Minnesota’s relatively high rate of Covid deaths in nursing homes.
My mother lived in a nursing home during Covid and I had a front row seat if you will.
Her nursing home had a very low number of new admissions during that time. However they did a lot of Covid testing. They probably had a high rate of Covid deaths because they diagnosed more patients with Covid.
Tim Walz was very far from what Gov Cuomo did in New York state.
