Former Independent Counsel Ken Starr answers questions during a discussion held at the American Enterprise Institute September 18, 2018, in Washington, DC.
About a year ago, Ken and I were talking at a reception at a Philadelphia Society conference, and I made this argument to him:
No individual should ever be compelled in a deposition to answer questions about his personal sex life with all the women he has ever known, based on an unsupported claim and no collaborating evidence by a plaintiff seeking money.
What happened to Bill Clinton should never be allowed to happen to anybody.
Guess what his response was?
He agreed with me.
