That’s right, sue Xavier Becerra for racial-preference weights in HHS. How would Secretary Becerra give racial preference to seniors in the MSA in Medicare? If you don’t agree with Becerra he calls you a “Flat-Earther.” I suppose when some seniors are getting $2,000 annually from Medicare, in their tax-free MSA, someone of a different race is getting less or more to reimburse physicians based on how they are discriminating against their patients because of their race.

    Sounds complicated.

Senator Rand Paul says Becerra owes Americans an apology for calling us Flat Earthers.

For many years, our health care blog was the only free enterprise health policy blog on the internet. Then, when the NCPA closed its doors, the health blog stopped as well.

During this five-year hiatus no one else has come forward to claim the space. So, my colleagues and I have decided to restart the blog in connection with the Goodman Institute. We invite you and others to use this forum to share your views.
