Landmark 15-year transgender study: Around one-in-10 children expressed “gender non-contentedness” to varying degrees. But by age 25, just one-in-25 (4 percent) said they “often” or “sometimes” were discontent with their gender.

    Could it be that marriage predicts happiness the way that point-of-impact predicts trajectory?

    The 2017 tax cuts reduced tax expenditures going toward homeownership by about half. This is a significant revenue source, offsetting some of the cuts. I wouldn’t mind seeing this part renewed, even if rates don’t stay as low as they are now.
